Iquique surfer Isidora Bultó has been confirmed by the Chilean Surf Federation as one of the young athletes who will represent the country at the Juegos Suramericanos de la Juventud Panamá 2026, one of the most important youth sporting events in the continent.
The surfing competition will take place at Playa Venao from April 13 to April 16, while the Chilean team will begin its official activities on April 10.
For Isidora, this call-up comes at a key moment in her sporting development. During the 2025 season, the young surfer established herself as one of the standout talents in the national circuit, becoming Federated National Champion in both the Open Women and Junior Women divisions after an intense eight-event tour held across the country.
The national circuit traveled through several surf destinations in Chile, from Iquique in the north to Pichilemu in the south, finishing with a memorable final event in Rapa Nui, where Isi’s consistency, discipline and competitive level secured her national titles.
With those results, her name became one of the most promising young surfers in the circuit, and she will now have the opportunity to compete internationally representing Chile.
At Queen Of The Wave, we continue following Isi’s journey closely, a surfer who has been growing competition after competition and who will now represent Chile on a stage that brings together the next generation of South American surf talent.
