The sisters will take part in the third stop of the Circuito Banco do Brasil de Surfe, looking to continue climbing the WSL South America rankings.

The surfers from Iquique traveled to Brazil to compete in the third stage of the 2026/2027 season of the Circuito Banco do Brasil de Surfe, which will take place from August 7 to 9 at Praia de Miami, Natal, following the previous stops in Imbituba, Santa Catarina, and Ubatuba, São Paulo.

The competition, a QS 4,000 event, will bring together surfers from different countries across South America in a key stop in the race for points on the regional circuit and qualification for the Challenger Series, the pathway to the world’s elite surfing level.

The event will award US$60,000 in prize money and 4,000 points toward the WSL South America rankings, making every round an important opportunity to improve their positions.

The Chilean representatives arrive at the event as members of Team Queen of the Wave, a project that supports the development of women’s surfing in Chile and will once again have a presence at an international WSL event.

In the South America women’s rankings, Isidora Bultó currently sits in 24th place, while Matilda Bultó is ranked 29th in the South America - 2026/2027 Women's Qualifying Series Rankings. The Natal event therefore represents an opportunity for both surfers to earn valuable points and continue climbing the regional rankings.
